At Agha Noor Bridal, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your luxury ensemble does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customized bridal couture and altered garments are final sale to maintain the exclusivity of our designs.

Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and high-resolution photographs of the garment to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Secure Packaging

Place the unworn item in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags, extra embellishments, and authenticity certificates are included.

Courier Collection

Once approved, schedule a pickup with our designated logistics partner or drop off the package at an authorized shipping center using the provided prepaid label.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Our master tailors will inspect the garment for integrity, after which your refund or exchange credit will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
